This Court has accepted the case *Cai Renyi v. You* (Case No. (2025) Min 0581 Min Chu 2216) regarding a dispute over liability for damages to shareholder interests. As we are unable to serve you through other means, we hereby issue this public notice in accordance with Article 95 Article 283 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China.  This announcement serves to deliver the following documents to you: Copy of the civil complaint,Evidence materials,Court summons,Notice of Trial Personnel,Notice of Evidence Submission,Notice of Response to the Lawsuit,Notice forProviding/Confirming Service Address,Notice of Litigation Rights Obligations other relevant litigation materials. The documents shall be deemed served 30 days (60 days for Xu Jingjing) from the date of this announcement. The deadline for submitting a defense is 15 days (30 days for Xu Jingjing) after the service period expires. The deadline for submitting evidence is 30 days after the service period expires. Failure to submit evidence within the timeframe will be deemed a waiver of evidentiary rights.  The trial is scheduled for 3:30 PM on July 24, 2025, in Courtroom No. 5 of this Court. If you fail to appear, the Court will proceed with a default judgment in accordance with the law.
