This Announcement shall be deemed served upon the expiration of 30 days (60 days for DVASH AMIR) from the date of its issuance.The deadline for submitting a Statement of Defense is 15 days(30 days for DVASH AMIR) after the service is deemed effective. The deadline for evidence submission is 30 days after the service is deemed effective. Failure to submit evidence within the specified period shall be regarded as a waiver of the right to adduce evidence. The case is scheduled for hearing at 15:30 on July 18, 2025, in Courtroom No.4 of this Court. Failure to appear at the hearing may result in a default judgment.
